Responsibilities
- Review BOQs, drawings and specifications.
- Prepare tender and bid documents according to client requirements.
- Collect and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Develop cost breakdowns, analysis and pricing sheets.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Maintain supplier, subcontractor and pricing records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6–8 years of experience in tendering or cost estimation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
