For building packages that combine several trades, we review the scope, drawings, quantities and interfaces before agreeing the execution sequence. The work is coordinated around site access, inspections, material submissions and the programme, from preparation through construction and handover.

ISC undertakes building skeleton and concrete works for the agreed project scope. Structural execution follows the approved design and includes coordination of foundations, reinforcement, formwork, concrete placement and the interfaces with subsequent trades. The project portfolio includes residential buildings, villas and industrial facilities.

Finishing work depends on the condition of the underlying construction and clear coordination with building services. We review surfaces, levels, junctions, samples and the specified materials before execution. Our published JW Marriott Dome project in New Cairo includes concrete and finishing works for the Grand Conference Hall.

Site development packages may include roads, utilities, drainage and related civil works within the contracted scope. Levels, service crossings, access routes and connections to the building are coordinated against approved project information before work starts.

Excavation, backfilling and site levelling are planned around the foundation design, ground conditions and access constraints. Required inspections and acceptance criteria are agreed with the project team before the following construction activities proceed.

External spaces require coordination between paving, planting areas, irrigation, drainage and building entrances. ISC reviews the landscape package alongside site levels and civil works so that the agreed external finishes and interfaces can be delivered in sequence.

Building details often need early input from the waterproofing, thermal insulation and industrial flooring teams. Existing structures may also require concrete repair before new finishes or protective systems are installed. Agreeing these interfaces early helps define the complete scope.
