The package considers subgrade preparation, levels, reinforcement, concrete placement, joints and curing. Load requirements, slab thickness and reinforcement are determined by the approved design, not a generic installation formula.
Pour planning, joints and curing
We coordinate pour boundaries and joints with columns, entrances and equipment positions. Formation levels, compaction, reinforcement and embedded items are inspected before casting. Concrete finishing, joint cutting and curing follow the agreed sequence so that the slab is protected while it gains strength.
Questions about this service
Is a vapour barrier required beneath the slab?
The design, ground moisture and final floor finish determine that requirement. It should be confirmed before concrete is placed.
Will the concrete need a separate protective finish?
That depends on the intended use. Epoxy or another industrial flooring system may be specified after the concrete has been prepared.
