Concrete Paving Contractor in Egypt
ISC Group is a concrete paving contractor in Egypt carrying out ground-bearing slabs and external paving for industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects. Our engineers coordinate subgrade preparation, reinforcement, concrete placement, laser-controlled levelling, joints, curing and surface protection as one controlled workflow.

Planning a concrete pavement
Concrete paving performance depends on far more than placing concrete. For each project, load requirements, soil condition, drainage, slab thickness, reinforcement, concrete mix, construction joints and finishing tolerances must work together. ISC Group reviews project drawings and approved specifications before work starts, then plans access, pour sequence, quality checks and protection to suit the site.
Our concrete paving systems
- Slab-on-grade: reinforced ground-bearing slabs for warehouses, factories and service areas.
- Laser concrete paving: controlled levelling for large areas that require consistent flatness and elevation.
- External concrete paving: durable surfaces for yards, access roads, loading areas and utility zones.
- Side paving and walkways: accurately formed paths, kerbs and circulation areas.
- Industrial floor preparation: concrete bases ready for densifiers, coatings or specialist industrial flooring systems.
What a coordinated paving specification should achieve
- Accurate levels and smoother vehicle or equipment movement.
- Controlled slab thickness and concrete consumption.
- Planned joints that help manage shrinkage and movement.
- Correct curing for improved durability and surface performance.
- Efficient delivery of large pours with coordinated crews.
- Better integration with drainage, ramps and adjacent structures.
- Documented inspections that support consultant approval and handover.
Our concrete paving process
1. Technical review and site planning
We review drawings, levels, loads, proposed joints, concrete specifications and interfaces with foundations, walls, services and drainage. Pour areas are divided into practical sequences that protect access and programme requirements.
2. Subgrade and formwork preparation
The supporting layer is checked for level, compaction and stability. Formwork, edge details, separation layers, reinforcement and embedded items are positioned before concrete placement. Hold points allow inspection by the project team.
3. Concrete placement and laser levelling
Concrete is placed in a coordinated sequence and levelled using the approved method. Laser screed equipment may be used on suitable large-area slabs to control elevation and improve productivity. Edges, penetrations and restricted areas receive careful manual finishing.
4. Finishing, joints and curing
The specified finish is produced at the correct stage of concrete setting. Construction and saw-cut joints are executed to the approved layout. Curing starts promptly and completed areas are protected from early traffic, impact and moisture loss.
Quality control for durable slabs
Quality checks cover the full construction sequence, not just the finished appearance. Checks may include formation levels, compaction records, reinforcement position, concrete delivery data, slump and test samples, slab elevation, finish, joint timing and curing. ISC Group coordinates inspections with the consultant and main contractor and records agreed hold points.
Applications across Egypt
Our paving work covers logistics facilities, warehouses, factories, commercial developments, utility compounds, service yards, car parks, pedestrian areas and infrastructure projects. Where the slab requires additional resistance to chemicals, traffic or abrasion, paving works can be coordinated with our floor protection, waterproofing and concrete repair teams.
Why choose ISC Group?
ISC Group combines specialist concrete protection knowledge with construction delivery experience. Since 2016, our teams have supported technically demanding projects in Egypt and the region. Clients benefit from one coordinated contractor for concrete paving, waterproofing, insulation, injection, rehabilitation and industrial flooring, reducing interface risks between trades.

Frequently asked questions
What is laser concrete paving?
Laser-controlled equipment helps place and strike off large slabs at the required elevation. Suitability depends on access, slab design, pour size and project tolerances.
How do you reduce cracking?
Crack risk is managed through sound slab design, stable support, suitable concrete, reinforcement, planned joints, controlled placement and timely curing. Final requirements must follow the structural engineer and approved specification.
Can the slab receive an epoxy floor later?
Yes. The slab finish, moisture condition, curing method and preparation must be coordinated with the selected coating system. Our teams can plan the concrete base and subsequent industrial flooring as an integrated scope.
