Roof waterproofing needs to address the whole roof assembly: the deck, drainage, equipment bases, parapets and the connections to adjacent finishes. For factory, warehouse and commercial roofs, we review access and the work sequence with the project team before choosing an exposed or protected system. Basement and foundation waterproofing

Below-ground work requires continuity between the raft, retaining walls, joints and service penetrations. We assess groundwater exposure and protection before backfilling. A leaking existing basement may also need crack injection and joint treatment.

Water tank, swimming pool and wet-area waterproofing

Tanks, pools and wet areas need a system suited to immersion, movement and the proposed finish. We review internal corners, pipe entries and interfaces before selecting cementitious waterproofing or another specified lining. Products for drinking-water tanks must have the required approval for that use; suitability is checked for the actual product.
