Self-leveling resin floor finishes
Preparation includes checking the concrete, addressing defects and coordinating joints and transitions. A self-leveling resin finish is not a substitute for correcting major substrate level differences or designing drainage falls.
Controlling thickness and finish
Before application, we check slab levels, moisture, strength, joints and drainage. The substrate is prepared and primed, then the resin is mixed, distributed and deaerated according to the system instructions. Major level differences and required falls are addressed before the resin finish.
Questions about this service
Can a self-leveling finish correct any level difference?
Corrections must stay within the product’s thickness limits. The slab may need a separate levelling or repair layer first.
Is the finished floor always smooth?
Texture is selected for the use, cleaning requirements and slip resistance. Appearance is only one part of the specification.
